Does anyone have any info on Cerebrus Capital? Do they have a website?

Unfortunately, I can't tell you much about Cerebrus but I will share that back in Sept they tried to buy Expanets, a secondary telecommunications equipment provider subsidiary of NorthWestern Corp (A SD based utility with other non-regulated properties). There bid was a relatively high bid but eventually they were outbid by Avaya. Cerebrus ended up getting payment of 304 million $ because their bid included receiving money if they were outbid. I don't know if this is very helpful , but hopefully it gives you some color on the firm if you are ever interviewed by Cerebrus.
