Finally, a cool topic in this board. As a young banker(30)I can't deny that it is true that we do have access to a lot of information and YES, Inside trading does go on. Most of us, young associates, make somewhere between 200K-300K a year, and that's a lot of money to invest. After a while you don't do it for the money anymore but just for the Kill. The down side is, you gotta go to a top B-school or L-school to play the game. Once you in, just enjoy the ride and make your MILLs!!!

a question for the associate: what's the avg. age for associates and VP's? Basically, when can I expect to make my 1st $500k..I'm 21 now and an analyst..thanks
