I am not the same person you are adressing in your unpleasant little letter below, but I take offence at your attitude. LSE excells in economics, Imperial in Engineering and Kings Arts and Medicine. You need as good A-Levels to do a BA in Histoty at Kings as you need to do Engineering at Imperial or Business at LSE. By the way well done for going to LSE..I'm really impressed..I'm sure you had a really great time in what is supposed to be the "best years of your life". |

I'll give you that......whilst LSE has a fantastic reputation blah blah blah, it's like no other university insofar as social life is basically non-existent. Also, a lot of people are so very boring - they spend their lives worrying about their Econ B homework (LSE guys will know what I'm on about) for fear of screwing up the exam, which will dampen their chances of getting into Goldman (which is where virtually everybody wants to work). It's almost like people here gear their lives to getting a job in GS/MSDW! Wake up guys - there's more to life than investment banking!
However, it's not all that bad though - hall life is pretty good, and quite a bit (comparatively) goes on during Michelmas term .
