Anyway, back to the original discussion. My brother and I found a 2 bedroom place on the Upper East Side for $2600. It's really nice (near 75th and 3rd Ave), and not far from the 456 line - we both work downtown.
It took us a day to find the place - it was the 4th place the we saw, and I don't think that other analysts will have trouble finding places for reasonable (in NY terms) rent. |
