I agree with these rankings. Having studied in the USA and England I can say that while the American have better facilities, the British universities have better research and teaching facilities inc the best teachers. |

McGill in Montreal ranks up there too. I saw that same poll in the London Times and it was in the top 10 worldwide for overall reputation.
