I am joining a top tier bank as an investment banking analyst this summer. I do not have a finance background so how hard will I find training ? How hard to they make the exams and does the training really help in the job ? Also, how intensive is the training ? ie will I have to study in the evenings or will I have the opportunity to enjoy NY nightlife ?
