In Reply To: I am not the original poster but I am a junior preparing for fall recruiting. Although I did not get any ib summer internship, I did get offers at as a summer analyst at a vc firm and a position at an asset management position. The vc position seems interesting but i think i can get good contacts at the asset management position. Is it better to take the asset management position at a well known bank or take the vc position? Which has better prospects of attracting interest from ib recruiters? Thanks for any advice.
