I have to disagree with you. If anything
Finance is one industry where its easiest
to get an H-1 Visa, there are a lot of internationals working on Wall Street and
pretty much all firms have had to apply for an H-1 on behalf of their at one time or another. |

All big banks sponsor H-1 visas. The only ones that do not are boutiques. so shoot for bigger guys, even if you are interviwing with smaller banks, since as you probably found out they do not hire anybody on H-1.
BB have lawers, who take care of everything. All you have to do is to submit your info.
