It really depends on the valuation of your friends venture. However, the big name firms typically, do not invest in the early stages for about 2mm. If they do invest they will be looking to invest 5-10mm. If you need assistance leave me a number or e-mail address in where we can discuss possible opportunities. |

I posted previously about trying to aise money for my friend's internet startup. He is actually looking at $5MM, not $2MM, so I think that meets the minimum criteria for most of the small-mid size vc funds. Do you have an email / phone # I can talk to you about it.
