Is mezzanine finance basically high yield debt/leveraged finance for private companies?
Is mezzanine finance sort of like venture debt as opposed to venture (equity) capital?
Why would a firm do mezzanine finance as opposed to a round of venture financing, or is it a common thing?
Are the skills you would gain from doing mezzanine financing similar to the skills you would gain in a high yield group of a BB?
Do BB's have mezzanine groups or is it generally a seperate business like venture capital is?
