Why wouldn't DLJ over-pay for a tech banker right now? He'll guarantee them at least three or four IPOs this year! They managed to "buy" all of their other employees right at the top of the internet bubble. Now that's what I call timing the market! |

Actually, getting Quattrone now would probably be as good a move as buying Drexel a decade ago. Junk came back and so will tech.
