I'm hearing all sorts of rumors on the streets of SF that RS is going to be sold again and that they just lost 30 tech bankers. I wonder where those guys went. Is it true that RS is going to change hands again? |

Sounds like a rumor. FleetBoston put aside $400M in retention bonuses that are forfeited if bankers leave too early. Check out RS's contribution to FB's consolidated earnings on their last 10Q and ask yourself why they would want to sell the company.
