So we all hear about the Ibanks raising their pay for analysts and associates in Ibanking, but what is the typical starting salary for an Equity Research assistant at a BB firm. Is it 50 or less? |

I've heard ER (Assitant) pay is actually on par with IB analyst (around mid 50s).
