What with the recent market down turn and stocks like ETOYS, RHAT, HLTH, ASKJ setting new lows down from tremendous highs, and other stronger companies like CSCO, QCOM, AOL and YHOO down as much as 50%, and with the government assualt on MSFT, it seems the tech IPO market might dry up. Is tech Corporate Finance not the place to be right now? What about tech M&A? Should that pick up even more as companies buy each other at these low valuations?
