how would you rate GS/MSDW/CSFB in tech? Are they equal, or is CSFB edging up? Is GS "top" or is MSDW? I know MSDW had the jump on tech and has been doing it for years, and used to be the best right?
Are all west coast tech deals handled exclusively by the Palo Alot/Menlo Park offices, or do N.Y. & S.F. have tech depts. that come in on them too?
