Why are you on the IB board asking about "hours" and "lifestyle"? If you want a 9 to 5 job, go work for Starbucks!
Honestly, is that the most substantive question you can ask regarding investment banking, or for that matter, a given firm?
If you're interested in GKM or any other bank, it should be for reasons other than "hours" and "lifestyle"!
