How is First Union Securities as an Investment Bank? |

First Union is struggling with their capital markets group. I know someone who went to work with them last summer. He had a 3.0 from Penn State, so I wouldn't say it's very difficult place to get a job.
First Union isn't a bucket shop, but it ain't Goldman. There has been a lot of question as to whether they will even survive. This is a ton of internal and cultural conflict in the past year and it hasn't been easy. I put First Union a notch below Prudential.
