I have to second Europe.
Europe is truly the place to relax. Europeans are awesome, and you really feel that you got away. Also it can be cheap. Find good deal on air tickets, buy Europass, stay in Youth Hostels.
You will never forget it, and you will never probably have another chance to do it.
