I think you handled everything superbly this weekend. FYI I am the hand-touching/look-down-then-up guy. Don't worry about not going all the way on your first date. You have time, and seeing as how you work with her, it is better to err on the safe side of aggressiveness. It sounds like she definitely likes your attention. You're being a gentlemen, and that could make the difference between an ongoing booty relationship or just a night of passion before she moves on to some other guy. Hopefully she'll still be in town if she changes jobs. Anyhow, the main thing is that you're making solid, quality moves here. It's great that she likes your compliments about her body. Keep us posted as to how things are going back at work if you get the chance.

Why is it such a bad thing that he didn't have sex with her on the first night? One reason I'm rooting for this guy is that he's not a sex-crazed jerk like everyone else. Good job so far and good luck with dinner!
