Your right. With capital markets experience I should have had an easy time. Hoever, every banker thinks that capital markets is trading while every guy in capital markets thinks they're a banker. I think I do need to work on my interviewing skills. The truth is that I really hated interviewing. How do I get more interviews to go to? |

Your best bet on improving your interview skills is to be an interview junkie. Go on as many interviews as your schedule allows. That way you can analyze your mistakes before the "real" interviews. Also, call the companies back and ask why you got dinged.
