You probably need to learn to interview better. Your resume is probably okay considering you got the interviews.
Work for a year at a commercial bank, mature a little, learn to interview and switch over to Investment banking after a year. (I just switched from big 5 consulting to ibanking; it wasn't that difficult.)
Good luck; don't get to down. I was in your same shoes after college (interviewed with ibanks but was rejected at all of them). Now I'm where I want to be.
