make sure you get a summer internship in IB. It will not prepare you for the workload, I hear business school is cake compared to law school. It may or may not sharpen your analytical skills. |

The MBA workload is a joke...people are so consumed with finding a job at GS or McK and networking (blantently fake to make connections), no one really studies...and if a professor's workload is too much, students complain!! Imagine demanding a professor to "be more understanding" because students are "customers" of the MBA program. BTW, I'm a 1st year at Wharton and will be interning with a BB this summer. Where I'm going, I have been told that IBs use the summer to really work the summer associates in order to "weed out"...so to answer your question, unless your a former analyst, nothing will prepare you for the work load...definately not b-school.
