As for work authorization, most of the big firm will not a problem since they sponsor quite a bit and they are familiar with the process. Smaller firms may not be as accomodating. Either they don't know the process and don't care to find out, or they've been through the process and don't want to go through it again. Be prepared to take care of the legal fees out of your pocket. Don't worry about the sponsorship at this point. Get the interviews and the visa thing will work itself out with the right firm.
