Starting as an analyst within CSFB London from July onwards, I would like to know whether US Investment Banks are used to recruiting former European bankers for their American operations ? If yes, at which level (ie analyst, associate, VP, MD)?
Furthermore, may I get your opinion on the pros and cons of European Graduates vs American Graduates within the I-banking sector ? Please share your experience.
