For those of you coming to New York or are currently in New York and hate the place, stop bitching and do something about it. Get the Fuck out!!
You guys are complaining about New Yorkers flaunting their wealth, but as I see it:
1) You are a hypocrite, because you strive to become one of those individuals by working in New York and earning in the top 1% of students just out of college. You do have a choice if you don't like the city -- leave and work somewhere else and still earn decent pay.
2) You are jealous. Just deal with it or leave.
It's quite sad how people on these message boards only care about the amount of money they will make and the quality of life at their banks (i.e. perks), but then when it comes to people who have what they strive for, become jealous.
Get the Fuck out! True New Yorkers know where they stand in society and if they are not content, then they will do something about it -- work hard and "move on up to the East Side!!" |
