Jeffries isn't really a boutique is it? I hear Broadview has good hours and culture and salaries are on par.
What are people's opinions of Jefferies? Is it a good firm? I hear in L.A. there are a lot ex-Drexel guys there? How is their Investment Banking and how do the L.A. / S.F offices compare for IB?
