It's all on the upper-scale side of business casual.
Sometimes, I wear the entire suit, minus the tie. Most of the time, I wear dark slacks and a pressed dress shirt with loafers or oxfords. Every once in a while, I'll wear khaki's with a regular cotton button-down shirt. I rarely wear things like polo's or nice t-shirts. |

Dark pants with button down shirts are pretty much the norm. Our office doesn't wear khakis unless it's Friday. Weekend wear is nice jeans and a polo shirt.
