I am looking for some stats to help me compare banking opportunities for next year. I am looking for the following two statistics for assciates at the top 10 or so banks:
1. Number of live deals you closed in the last 12 months.
2. Number of people (including yourself) on the deal team.
These numbers, along with culture and fit, are key to my decision making process. I am looking for answers from actual I-banking associates, not a bunch a wannabes (like myself). Please treat this board like the "lots of misinformation" board: no BS, insults, debates. I'm just looking for some stats from actual bankers that many of us prospective bankers can use. Thanks.

Is it possible to move from a small bank or boutique to a large BB firm at the associate level after being promoted to an associate from a smaller bank? Also, would the small bank experience and responsibility be enough to get someone into the BB firms?? Thanks..
