Tech M&A Banker,
Have you had a chance to read the Financial Times article about the pay increase at DLJ? According to the article, they are guaranteeing first-year associates $700K over two years (300K for year 1, and 400K for year two). There are also some perks like forgiveable loans and coinvestment that bring the total package close to $1M.
What do you think about this? What do you think the other banks going to do?
