This is actually a post I want to answer in some depth, so don't think I'm ignoring you. As I think about my answers here, I suspect I'm getting a bit grouchy from a particularly long week. I'll come back with a good answer on your question in the next couple of days, but because I felt this question was such a good one, I want to do you the justice of a deserving answer, not one that's colored by antagonism.
