What can someone tell me about Duff & Phelps? Reputation? Good experience? Good place to work or bad? Hard to get into?

it is the lowest in pretige out of the four rating agencies. not very difficult to get into. not highly respected in credit ratings with the exception of new classes of asset backed securities. considered to be a leader in this niche but not respected in other fields. thought to be too aggressive in trying to win business.
