You know, after working for MSDW for five years, I thought I was heading to a great start at other companies, it just so turned out that I went through a roller coaster of jobs. Every single one of them had something to say about MSDW. Surely, after the jeoulesy and the rage will come from these MD's with comments like I'm a Harvard Graduate with a 4.0 GPA, I wonder why MSDW never hired me?. After all, I think that if you start at a big company like MSDW stick around until retirement - because things will not be pretty at other companies. You will be eaten up like food for wolfs.

I always heard that B-Schools always expect you to have been in a leadership position and have done community service. How true is that?
I know that people that bust their ass at the BB's as IB analysts certainly arent in leadership positions and if they are doing community service it must be their secret double or someone impersonating them becasue they dont have time for that shit. But yet they go on to the best B-Schools in the country.
