Tech Banker:
I was offered a chance to start as an analyst before the traning begins. I was told that come July, I'll be joining the rest of the analysts in training. Can you please tell me the PROS/CONS of taking up the offer? I am afraid of not performing up to the expectation when I begin without any formal training. Thanks
