I don't think this will ever work, simply because there thousands of analyst positions and hundreds of thousands of recent graduates that would want to be analysts. The IBanks don't even recruit from places like USF, but you can bet if they did, there'd be tons of students who would want to work for them, and for less pay too. They'll just fire you unless you can get like every single analyst at you bank to enroll. Good luck guys. I hope you succeed.
