I don't know about research but when I was interviewing some time ago in San Francisco for IB, their analysts were working much less hours (70-80 average week was one figure sited to me by an analyst vs. 80-90 for ny or other bb banks on west coast). one friday when i made an office visit, most of the analysts were out of the office and it was only 5 pm. |
