Bulge bracket is defined more by the size, capabilities, and clout than by these inane informal rankings on this site.
GS, MSDW, ML, SSB, CSFB are undoubted BB firms in US. WDR, DBAB are big in Europe.
Lehman, DLJ are smaller but growing
JP Morgan, BearSterns are much smaller.
Boutiques like RS HQ don't really belong in these league tables other than as comparison to particular departments within the BBs.
RS, HQ, vs. CSFB, GS, MSDW, DBAB tech groups would make sense.
