Buddy-
If you're smart, you won't go to work at Morgan or any other investment bank. Get some courage, buy yourself a plane ticket and head out to a Silicon Valley startup. You will work hard (although not as hard), actually help build something, have fun, oh, and have the potential to make 100x the cash that the senior i-bankers make in 20 years. Take it from me, I've been down both paths and now, post-ipo I understand |

How do you go about getting a job at a start up? Kind of hard to know who the major 'players' are, since they haven't even been built yet! How do you determine if it's going to be a good company (or at least is a good bet), and how do you get in on one?
Any advice would be helpful
