Is the buldge bracket just Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Merrill Lynch?
What about the firms below them like Lehman Brothers, Salomon Smith Barney, Donaldson Lufin Jenrette, JP Morgan, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Bear Sterns? Are those considered middle market?
