If you're going for an analyst position, you really want to be at a big name firm.
All analyst programs (at BB firms) will give you the same training, but you want to make sure that when you leave the firm, you have as many opportunities available as possible.
TD Securities will not give you nearly as much experience, training, or exit opportunities compared to Merrill. In my mind, (regardless of $$$) Merrill is a far superior choice to TD.
