1) Call Alumni working in IB and tell them you are interested in IB and would like to meet and talk about the work....alumni love hearing from other alumni.
2) Ask them about how hiring works, how the interview process works and slowly work toward what you need to do. Don't just blantly ask for a job...be very subtle.

For most firms(bulge bracket type), you are going to be too late for the formal interview process. They usually come on campus late Jan and early Feb. for interviews and do non-campus interviews around that time. By now they have made their offers and are already planning thnings for the summer.
You might be able to find a small shop that doesen't have a formal program or an asset management group of some sort.
Overall, this is very late to begin looking. For example, the firm I will be working on has orientation for summer hires next month. They finished recruiting a month ago.
