Don't mind me asking, but why are there so many Ivy League schmucks in IB and why don't firms look for exceptional students who unfortunately did not go to an IVY league? Thank you very much.. |

Because half of i-banking is impressions, and ivy sounds a lot better than some state school that happens to have a good business program.
