HI,
I am an undergraduate and I am currently considering which stream of IB I should specialise in. Maybe when I actually join a bank, I will have concrete preferences, but for the moment I'd appreciate if someone could tell me which one of the above is the most lucrative line to pursue if MONEY was the main motivation.
I hope this is not a silly question, for some reason I believe that each stream has different comp structure!

Research. Great Hours. Great Pay. Doing meaningful, concrete work, not hours and hours of modeling and pitchbooks until 3:00 am. Easy to go over to the Buy Side. Strong Research teams bring the banking deals into the firm. Research is the way to go.
