You bring up another issue I have wondred about...ethics in the IB world...
[I start my analyst program in the summer, so I have zero experience in the field..I am a new-comer to all this and love hearing about reality!].
Is loyalty rewarded in IB? Which banks do well at keeping their staff? Is it common for people to jump ship [i.e. Quattrone-CSFB for higher pay??]
