As mentioned below, check out the fortune article. Basically what it said was that since Chase Capital Partners is a big player in the private equity market, it will now be able to do the banking for its investments inhouse. That is, once they invest in a company and it becomes time to go public, now Chase will have the capabilities to do IPOs, and when you combine it with Debt financing, and M&A, it is likely to benefit them. Read the article before you decide.
