Hey,
You have to ask yourself why you want to be in banking? Most people are in it for the training and experience, a sort of stepping stone to their next great thing. 90-100 hours in banking is the best life training for people in their 20's. No one really likes banking (aside from the superficial comments from friends and family, and financial reward), but it's neccessary. If you don't want to do it, there're thousands who do. Besides, if your don't have the work ethics, you'll be a washout anyway. so stop bitching and quit before you get fired. |

I totally agree with you two guys and makes me very happy to see that my beliefs are not totally fucked up (maybe I am really getting too old for this shit)! It is really an expensive price that you have to pay, but if you are willing to put up with this for some time, the reward can be great (I am not talking only about money here, I am talking about knowledge, excitment, etc.). Well said guys !!!
As far as I can tell you, Ellen, don't bother replying to me or to the other lazy analysts that supported your silly words - you know, Ellen, another caveat of IB is that we have very few women and when someone comes out saying that does not work too much, that has a personal life and some spare time . . . Well I guess that you know the rest . . .
