I currently work for a Big 5 firm doing some economic and financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting but would like to switch into IB. I've been working for about 6 months, had a respectable GPA from a respectable school, and a 700 GMAT.
Do IB hire people like me for analyst positions? I wouldn't expect higher pay than someone right of school or anything.
