Any one have any opinions as to whether the compensation ranges indicated by the Pinnacle Group look high/low? Since they are a recruiting firm, you would think that they would have the incentive to make levels look a bit higher.

I also work in high yield and thought the ranges seemed pretty accurate - at least at my firm (large bank).
