A lawyer buddy of mine is making about $130 as a 2d-year associate at the D.C office of a NY-based firm known for corporate and project finance. Apparently he wants to be on "the other side of the table" and he's thinking about doing an MBA at a top NY school. Any advise based on prior experience? Any comments or suggestions? |

No personal experience, but I know a lawyer who left Latham and Watkins to be an associate at Bear...no MBA.
