My second round at Lehman consisted of two half-hour, one-on-one interviews at the NYC offices in the World Financial Center. One Senior VP and one associate. Both were pretty laid-back, but I'm sure that totally depends on who you happen to get. I heard within a couple of days regarding final round. |

Round 3 pretty much the same. Round 4 you might have an hour and a half with an MD (it was rough). And round 4 does not mean you will get it -- as I found out.
