Hey, 4K might not be that bad. Some firms (like GS, where I work) have a standard bonus for their first years. In GS's case, it's 10K prorated...in my case it was $4400 total. However, my second year they stepped it up to 38K, much more reasonable.
If you like where you are, stay put (unless your bonus was less than other analysts'). |
